The Bleach TV started being shot in 2004, Noriyuki Abe was the director. Noriyuki Abe who had filmed Flame of Recca TV was invited director of Bleach. Shiro Sagisu wrote a soundtrack for the anime. 26 series were released all in all, each lasting for 23 minutes. Like the manga, the anime is filmed as a action.
