The Please Twins! OAV started being shot in 2004, Yasunori Ide was the director. Yasunori Ide who had filmed Please Teacher! TV was invited director of Please Twins!. Soushi Hosoi wrote a soundtrack for the anime. Like the manga, the anime is filmed as a comedy.
